We plan a wide range of events including weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas parties, special events, family reunions, sweet 16s, Quinceanera's, bridal showers, baby showers and more. We also offer photo booth services as a standalone service. The 360 photo booth and regular backdrop are both available.

When you hear the term "day of coordination", this actually is a month of coordination service. It is impossible for a wedding planner to arrive on the day of the wedding and know all the vendors, details, plans, etc. It would take hours to go over all this information. Therefore, our "day of coordination" services starts about 6 to 8 weeks prior to your wedding day. We will meet several times to go over what you have already put together yourself, go over contracts, vendors, finalize plans and more. Then your planner will coordinate the rehearsal, and be there on the wedding day to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Because Bella Moments and Events takes pride and care to make your special day go as perfect as possible, we only work with vendors who are professional, who are licensed and insured and who are the best of the best. We work with multiple vendors to fit different budgets. We will gladly work with vendors of the clients choice as long as they meet our requirements of being professional, licensed and insured and have good reviews! We understand that sometimes a client has family members or friends who can act as a vendor to save them money, however to be sure your day goes well, we will not be able to work with anyone that does not meet our requirements. This is to ensure that you will be satisfied with our services and the event day. The venue coordinator sole duties is to set up the venue, and handle food and beverage but is strictly for within that venue. As a wedding planner, Bella Moments does so much more. Our major packages including meeting with all your vendors, put your wedding day or event timeline together, work on invitations, your ceremony and reception layout, assistance with out of town guest accommodations, review contracts, provide checklists and so much more. Venue coordinators do not help with any of those services.
A decorator has very little to do with planning, coordination, or direction. There are some planners who are also designers, however, an event decorator or event design team handles the creation and execution of the decor plan as they are experts in this field. This sometimes includes the florist, or a specific vendor professionally trained in design. At Bella Moments, we will work with your design team to ensure your vision comes to life.
Your wedding planner will meet with you for a 1 hour free consultation to get to know you, see where you are in the planning process, discuss any plans or visions you have for your wedding, discuss package details, and get a general idea of the size and style your looking for. Please feel free to bring any pictures, ideas or list of questions you may have with you and let us know if you have already hired any vendors and chosen a venue. If you are starting from scratch, or have no idea where to start, don't worry! We are here to help. Both you and your fiancée are welcome to come as well as any other people who will be playing an important role in the planning process. If someone other than the couple is paying for the wedding planning services, they generally attend the meeting as well.
We focus on one event per weekend at maximum. This is to ensure our attention is spent on your event only and to avoid any mix ups or confusion with other events. Most other event planners service multiple events per weekend. At Bella Moments, we want to commit our attention to you only.

If you have already started making plans and hired some vendors, Bella Moments will gladly look over the fine print in your contracts and discuss current plans and can start the planning process from there. Our partial planning packages are perfect for you! Please remember we cannot work with any vendors who are not professional, licensed and insured.
Most wedding planners have no education in this field. It is not required in the state of Florida to be licensed, insured, certified or have any schooling to be called a wedding or event planner. That means anyone can create a website or portray themselves as a planner with no training whatsoever in this field. Even if a planner is certified, your planner took her education a step further and is Master certified specifically in Weddings and Events. She also holds a degree in hospitality, travel and tourism. In addition, your planner is also certified with timeline genius to create beautiful timelines - this timeline is included in all 3 wedding packages. Bella Moments is a member of the Certified Wedding Planner society. The largest wedding certification program in the world with over 8,000 members. This means your master planner continues her education regularly, stays up to date on trends and has support from other planners and educators in this field. We are licensed and insured in the state of Florida as well. Other planners also do multiple events in one weekend or even on the same day. That can cause confusion and mix ups. At Bella Moments, you can rest assured that we will only work on your event for the entire weekend. Discounts with our partners and having as little stress as possible are also very good reasons!

Yes. Half of the total package price will be due at contract signing before any services begin. The remaining balance will be broken up into 2 more payments about 90 days prior and 30 days prior to the wedding date. Your due dates will be specified in your contract and your welcome packet.
