Pricing is based on Package details, client needs, Wedding Size, Number of guests, and complexity. All Wedding Packages include your Planner coordinating your rehearsal and Wedding Day. Prices start at $1650.

This is the Day/Month of Coordination Package. For couples who have already planned most of the wedding but need someone to oversee the last 6-8 weeks, finalize details and attend the rehearsal and Wedding to make sure everything runs smoothly. This package is for those that have all the planning under control but still want a planner to take care of last minute details and oversee vendors on Wedding Day.
Our Partial Planning package is for couples who have already started planning but may need extra help. This package is best for couples who want to plan their wedding but with more support. Typically, venue has been chosen and some or most vendors have already been hired. The planner comes in to assist with the remainder of the plans and Wedding day. We will reveiw all contracts and create a Timeline.
Our full service planning is for couples who are recently engaged or who are early in the planning stages. This package includes everything from the month of package and partial package plus more. This package is best if you don't know where to start or don't have many vendors contracted. We will be by your side from engagement to the end of your wedding day.

Bella Moments has partnered with RumbaKnights Entertainment to offer you great savings on a regular backdrop photobooth or our very popular 360 photo booth! This will include a 2-hour virtual meeting with a Master Certified Wedding Planner. A Checklist will be provided to the couple via email for you to stay on track. Your vendor contracts and budget will be reviewed and your questions answered. This is a consultation-only service.
Have you already planned the entire event but need a timeline to make sure everyone knows where to be and when? Your Planner will compose a beautiful Wedding or Event Day Timeline. This includes 2 (1.5 hour) meetings with couple, reaching out to your vendors to make sure everyone is in sync and emailing the final timeline to the venue, vendors and bridal party.
Planner will assist couple with finding a local venue, narrowing down choices from a list of venues, and attend up to 3 (1 hour) Ceremony tours and up to 3 (1 hour) Reception venue tours. Planner will reveiw any contracts before couple signs.
Planner will design your wedding website from a pre made template. Your website will include your story, photos, important wedding information, registry information, guest attire, and contact information to make it easy for your guests to stay on track with Wedding updates.
Bella Moment will stay after the event to supervise vendor tear down, vendor cleaning services, and make sure the couples personal items are given to the designated person the couple has previously assigned. If linens were rented, planner will make sure the designated person will count and put linens into shipping bags.
