We are your go-to destination for all your event and party planning needs. Our Master certified event planner is dedicated to making your special occasion unforgettable. Whether you're planning a birthday party, corporate event, Sweet 16, or celebrating any other occasion, we have the resources to bring your vision to life. 

 Bella Moments has partnered with RumbaKnights Entertainment to offer you great savings on a regular backdrop photobooth or our very popular 360 photo booth! You can add this to a package or do the photo booth independently. Comes with an attendant and a link to all the photos after the event.  See our Photobooth Page here. 

This will include a 2-hour virtual meeting with a Master Certified Wedding Planner. A Checklist will be provided to the couple via email for you to stay on track. Your vendor contracts and budget will be reviewed and your questions answered. This is a consultation-only service. 

Have you already planned the entire event  but need a timeline to make sure everyone knows where to be and when? Your Planner will compose a beautiful Wedding or Event Day Timeline. This includes 2 (1.5 hour) meetings with couple, reaching out to your vendors to make sure everyone is in sync and emailing the final timeline to the venue, vendors and bridal party.

Planner will assist couple with finding a local venue, narrowing down choices from a list of venues, and attend up to 3 (1 hour) Ceremony tours and up to 3  (1 hour) Reception venue tours. Planner will reveiw any contracts before couple signs. 

Planner will design your wedding website from a pre made template. Your website will include your story, photos, important wedding information, registry information, guest attire, and contact information to make it easy for your guests to stay on track with Wedding updates. 

Bella Moment will stay after the event to supervise vendor tear down, vendor cleaning services, and make sure the couples personal items are given to the designated person the couple has previously assigned. If linens were rented, planner will make sure the designated person will count and put linens into shipping bags.
